So I'm writing a hymn about the Conversion of St. Paul, in preparation for the upcoming Pauline Year. I also want to translate a Latin Pauline hymn, so I let my fingers do the walking through the Liber Hymnarius.
Almost everything I want to say has already been said, beautifully. And, by St. Peter Damian. AND in Long Meter pentameter!
So that's easy work for me!
