The Threefold Manifestation

Traditionally the Epiphany and Baptism of the Lord have been linked with His first miracle: the changing of water into wine for the Wedding Feast at Cana.

The primary link is the idea of "manifestation." But I also think of these all as feasts of special gladness.

Maybe that's the same thing!

Manifest at Jordan's stream,
Prophet, Priest and King supreme;
and at Cana, wedding guest,
in thy Godhead manifest;
manifest in power divine,
changing water into wine;
anthems be to thee addressed,
God in man made manifest.
